Eligibility to purchase
All customers must sign up at www.nikandshe.com.au  to be able to make online purchases. Also, as a customer you are required to supply Nik and She with accurate details such as name, phone number, email address and other requested information. Failing to do so may result in an unsuccessful purchase.
You also agree that we may use your personal information for anti-fraud checks.

Orders
Nik and She offers products which are available on had for immediate delivery but in some cases there may be delays on some styles due to late production in which case the purchase will be sent out as soon as it is on hand.

Payment
Nik and She accepts VISA, MasterCard, Diners and American Express as form of payment for all goods.
You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Nik and She, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Receiving a Refund
All refunds are made within 30 days of original purchase.
For all overseas customer we are not liable to refund your VAT and all customs and duties taxes are non refundable.

Faulty Goods
Goods are only considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing fault. Garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
